โยน “เดหลี” ชิวาว่าน้อย ตกกระแทกหลังคา ขาหัก เลือดออกหู ดับอนาถ

เดหลี เป็นชิวาว่าน้อยที่เจ้าของพามาอยู่ด้วยชั่วคราวกับเพื่อน ผู้เป็นเจ้าของห้องพักในแมนชั่นแห่งหนึ่ง

เหตุสลดใจที่ เดหลี ชิวาว่าตัวน้อยต้องมารับเคราะห์กรรมอย่างน่าสงสารที่สุดนี้ เกิดขึ้นเมื่อคืนวันที่ 26 มกราคม 2559 หลังเพื่อนร่วมห้องพักทั้งหมดพากันกลับจากรับประทานอาหารค่ำ แต่คนละเวลา !

เจ้าของเดหลี มาถึงที่พักภายหลังเพื่อนผู้เป็นเจ้าของห้องเพียงไม่กี่นาที และได้พบว่า เดหลี หมาของตัวเองนอนแน่นิ่งอยู่บนหลังคาแมนชั่นที่อยู่ในระดับต่ำกว่า โดยมองเห็นได้จากชั้น 5 ที่เป็นห้องพักของตน พร้อมข้าวของที่ถูกขับไล่เอาออกมากองไว้หน้าห้อง โดยมิได้มีเหตุทะเลาะวิวาท หรือบอกกล่าวเล่าสิบต่อกันมาก่อนเลย

ด้วยความเสียใจ เจ้าของจึงเข้าแจ้งความที่ สน.วังทองหลาง ร.ต.อ. ไพสาร ใจซื่อ เป็นร้อยเวรเจ้าของคดี พร้อมขอหมายศาลเพื่อนำตัวผู้กระทำผิด มาสอบสวนในวันรุ่งขึ้น คือวันนี้ 27 มกราคม 2559 ในเวลาประมาณ 13.30 น. โดยจากการสอบสวนพบว่า เพื่อนผู้เป็นเจ้าของห้องพัก อาจเสพสิ่งเสพติด

จนทำให้มึนเมา และบันดาลโทสะ กระทำการอันทารุณโหดร้ายต่อชิวาว่าตัวน้อย ด้วยการโยนเดหลีลงมาจากชั้น 5 ของอาคารแมนชั่น ตกกระแทกหลังคา ขาหัก เลือดออกหู ปาก จมูก จนเสียชีวิต

แต่เนื่องจากในบันทึกประจำวันเดิม ลงข้อกล่าวหาไว้เพียง ทำให้เสียทรัพย์ WDT จึงประสานเจ้าของ และร้อยเวร ชี้แจง การดำเนินคดีอาญาแผ่นดิน เพื่อประกอบข้อหาเพิ่มเติม คือทารุณกรรมสัตว์ โดยไม่มีเหตุอันสมควร ตามมาตรา 20 แห่ง พรบ.ป้องกันการทารุณกรรมฯ พร้อมทั้ง พล.ต.อ.พงศพัศ พงษ์เจริญ รอง ผบตร.ให้ความสนใจ โทรศัพท์สายตรง กำชับ สน.วังทองหลางดำเนินคดีให้ถึงที่สุด

ร.ต.อ. ไพสาร ใจซื่อ ร้อยเวรเจ้าของคดียืนยันประกอบ 2 ข้อหาดังกล่าวแน่นอน

คือ ทารุณกรรมสัตว์ และทำให้เสียทรัพย์ พร้อมเตรียมจัดทำสำนวนสอบสวนเพื่อส่งฟ้องอย่าง

จำคุก 4 เดือน ไม่มีโทษปรับ แต่เนื่องจาก จำเลยรับสารภาพ และไม่เคยกระทำความผิดมาก่อน

จึงลดเหลือกึ่งหนึ่ง คงจำคุก 2 เดือน โดยไม่รอลงอาญา

“DaeLee” tiny Chihuahua , thrown out of the room, landed on the roof, broken legs, ears bleeding, instant death.

DaeLee was a dog with the owner, who came to stay with a friend in one of the mansion . On the night of 26th January, the owner came back just a few minutes after her friend’s arrival, found her dog laid unconsciously on the roof below the room.

She could see the body from the fifth floor where she stayed. In front of the room, her belongings were scattered outside. Without a clue or notice how the situation turned sour.

Painfully, the owner went to report the crime at Wangthonglang police station,

Pol.Capt. Paisan Jaisue, the responsible officer issued the warrant to search the crime scene and find the perpetrator.

On the 27th Jan at approx. 13.30 p.m., the search found the friend (the tenant) may have been under substance influence, intoxicated and committed the brutal crime toward the Chihuahua, throwing him out of the 5th floor causing him to broken legs, blood spurted out through his snout, mouth and ears, and instant death.

The original police report just stated only Malicious damage to property but WDT has reviewed and requested animal cruelty charge on top.

Later, Pol.Gen.Pongsapat Pongchareon, the deputy Commissioner General of RTP paid interest , ordered the officer to make the solid case .

Officer insisted the case will definitely consist of those 2 charges .

According to sue semi penalty of imprisonment reduced to confess or admit

improving 2 months prison time no suspension, no fined
