ฟันหมา 20 แผล เหตุไปแย่งของกินของหมา | Cold-hearted man stab a dog 20 times identified.

อาสาประชาชน เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจสมาชิกทีมช่วยเหลือสัตว์ และกู้ภัย ศูนย์วิทยุมีนบุรี MBR ติดตามสืบหาจนพบตัว คนฟันหมา 20 แผล เหตุไปแย่งของกินของหมา จึงจับหมาผูกมัดไว้ เพื่อไม่ให้หนีแล้ว ใช้มีดกระหน่ำฟันไม่ยั้งหลายครั้ง เจตนาตั้งใจจะฆ่าให้ตาย !

เมื่อวันที่ 28 พฤษภาคม 2561 ทีมช่วยเหลือสัตว์ และกู้ภัย ศูนย์วิทยุมีนบุรี MBR ได้รับแจ้งให้เข้าช่วยเหลือสุนัขสีดำถูกฟันด้วยของมีคมได้รับบาดเจ็บสาหัส หนีตายมาหลบอยู่ในห้องน้ำของร้านอาหารริมถนนเทพรักษ์ แขวงท่าแร้ง เขตบางเขน กรุงเทพมหานคร พร้อมแชร์ในกลุ่มสาธารณะในเฟสบุ๊กเพื่อตามหาเจ้าของ หรือใครที่พบเห็นเหตุการณ์การทำร้ายสุนัขตัวดังกล่าว

อาสาประชาชน และสมาชิกในกลุ่มอาสากู้ภัย พร้อมดาบตำรวจรณยุทธ อินทร์ยิ้ม ผู้บังคับหมู่ งานป้องกันปราบปราม สน.ทุ่งสองห้อง จึงออกสืบสวนหาข่าวบริเวณใกล้เคียงที่พบสุนัขตัวดังกล่าวมาโดยตลอด จนกระทั่งทราบข่าวจากสมาชิกในกลุ่มว่ามีผู้รู้เห็นเหตุการณ์การทำร้ายสุนัขตัวดังกล่าว แต่ไม่ประสงค์ออกนาม เพราะเกรงได้รับอันตรายจากการให้ข้อมูลเบาะแส จึงได้โทรศัพท์พูดคุย และเล่าเหตุการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้นกับสุนัขตัวดังกล่าว

พยานผู้รู้เห็นเล่าว่า เหตุผู้ต้องสงสัย ไปแย่ง (เล่น) อาหารของสุนัข เพศผู้ สีดำ ชื่อ “ตั้ม” ที่อาศัยอยู่บริเวณดังกล่าว จึงถูกสุนัขกัด เกิดโมโห จึงจับสุนัขตัวดังกล่าวผูกมัดไว้เพื่อไม่ให้หนี แล้วใช้มีดกระหน่ำฟันสุนัขตัวดังกล่าวไม่ยั้งหลายครั้ง เจตนาตั้งใจจะฆ่าให้ตาย โดยไม่สนใจเสียงร้องห้ามปรามของกลุ่มเพื่อน ๆ และคนรอบข้าง

ซึ่งจากพฤติการณ์การกระทำดังกล่าวของผู้ต้องสงสัย เป็นการทารุณกรรมสัตว์อย่างโหดเหี้ยม ตามพระราชบัญญัติป้องกันการทารุณกรรม และการจัดสวัสดิภาพสัตว์ พ.ศ. 2557 มาตรา 20 ซึ่งมีอัตราโทษ จำคุกไม่เกิน 2 ปี ปรับไม่เกิน 40,000 บาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ

WDT ประสาน พ.ต.อ.อำนาจ อินทรศวร ผกก.สน.บางเขน มอบหมายพ.ต.ท.ธนาภัณฑ์ ผดุงการ รองผกก.(สอบสวน) สน.บางเขน และ พ.ต.ท.สราวุธ บุตรดี สว.(สอบสวน) สน.บางเขน เป็นพนักงานสอบสวนเจ้าของคดี เตรียมรับการเข้าร้องทุกข์กล่าวโทษ จาก ดาบตำรวจ รณยุทธ อินทร์ยิ้ม ผู้บังคับหมู่ งานป้องกันปราบปราม สน.ทุ่งสองห้อง และอาสาประชาชน WDT ลงพื้นที่ตรวจสอบที่เกิดเหตุ พร้อมด้วย พ.ต.ต.ประพันธ์ ภิญโญ สวป.สน.บางเขน ร.ต.อ.ยงยุทธ เกตุแดง รองสวป.สน.บางเขน

และสายตรวจอีก 2 นาย ร่วมติดตามเชิญตัวผู้ต้องสงสัยมาสอบสวน เบื้องต้นรับสารภาพตามคาด พนักงานสอบสวนจึงดำเนินคดีเตรียมส่งฟ้องศาลในวันรุ่งขึ้น

ผลการตัดสินคดีฟันหมา 20 เเผล

ศาลแขวงดอนเมือง พิพากษาจำคุก 6 เดือน ปรับ 10,000 บาท จำเลยให้การรับสารภาพตลอดข้อกล่าวหา ลดกึ่งหนึ่ง คงจำคุก 3 เดือน ปรับ 5,000 บาท โทษจำคุกให้รอลงอาญา 1 ปี ตามคดีหมายเลขดำที่ อ.1015/61 ลงวันที่ 2 มิถุนายน 2561

Volunteers, police, member of animal rescue team and Meenburi radio station’s rescue team (MBR) has tracked down the man who stabbed a dog 20 times after the man teased the dog and got bitten. He then tied the dog up before stabbed it many times until it was severely wounded. Can this be seen as an intention to kill!?

On the 28th May 2561 animal rescue team and Meenburi radio station’s rescue team (MBR) received a call to go rescue a black dog stabbed until it is wounded severely. The dog ran away to a restaurant’s restroom on the side of The Pha Rak street, Tha Rang sub-district, Bang Kaen district, Bangkok. The story has already been shared on Facebook’s public group to find the dog’s owner or a witness.

Volunteers and member of rescue volunteer team together with Pol.Snr.Sgt.Maj. Ronnayuth Intr-Yim from Thoong Song Hong police station then went out to investigate and interrogate people in the area that the dog was found. They found an anonymous witness who does not want to be identified for fearing that he/she might be in danger, so they talked on phone.

The witness explained that the suspect teased the black dog named “Tum”, who lives in the area, by taking his food away so the suspect got bitten. The cruel man then get angry so he tied “Tum” up and stabbed him with a knife many times with an intention to kill, ignoring all the voices around asking him stop.

The act of the suspect is a cruel animal abuse and according to the Section 20 of the Cruelty Prevention and Animal Welfare Act 2014, the punishment leads up to 2 years in prison or being fine up to 40,000 baht or both.

WDT coordinate Pol. Gen. Amnart Intarasuan Superintendent of Bangkaen Police Station who assigned Pol.Lt.Col. Thanaphan Phadungkarn Deputy Superintendent of Bangkaen Police Station and Pol.Lt.Col. Saravuth Butr-Dee Inspector of Bangkaen Police Station as the case officers, who received the complaint registerd from Pol.Snr.Sgt.Maj. Ronnayuth Intr-Yim from Thoong Song Hong police station and WDT’s volunteers. The case officers then visited the site with Pol.Maj.Gen. Praphan Phinyo, Inspector (Suppression) of Bangkaen Police Station and Pol.Capt. Yongyuth Gate-Dang, Deputy Inspector (Suppression) of Bangkaen Police Station and other 2 patrol officers summoned the suspect for an interrogation.

As of now, the suspect has confessed as predicted so the police rushed to file the case to court in the next morning.

Pending case Aor.1015/61 filed on 2 June 2018

Prison sentences 6 months, fine 10,000 baht.

Defendant admitted all the charges and get a commutation of sentence to 3 months in prison, fined 5,000 baht with 12 months suspended sentence.
